Overall very relaxing stay during my holiday. Clean pool and recently renovated and huge room in good condition. Situated in an excellent and fantastic spot. And really close to the attractions and shopping centre and a shopping mall.

The interior of the room was super impressive, giving off major 5-star hotel vibes. The comfort level was off the charts, and the air conditioner took coldness to a whole new level. The view from the master room window was absolutely jaw-dropping. The facilities were mind-blowing, with a large swimming pool, gym for 18 years old and above, basketball court, and accessible laundry place. The location was strategic, just a 5-minute walk from major shopping destinations like Berjaya Times Square, Sungai Wang, Lot 10, and Pavilion KL. Food choices were plentiful, and there was ample shopping too. Plus, the free wi-fi in the rooms, electric kettle, cookware/kitchen utensils, and flat-screen TV were a welcome bonus. Privacy and safety were also assured in the lift area – a definite thumbs up!

our recent stay in kuala lumpur was fantastic, thanks to the amazing kl times square. the location was perfect, with everything we needed right at our doorstep. the room was like a 5-star hotel, comfortable and with a breathtaking view. the facilities were great too, with a large swimming pool and a gym for adults. it exceeded our expectations.
parking was expensive

The best aspects of my xmas stay were the strategic location and the easy access to the mall with plenty of food and beverage options. Being in the city center made it convenient for exploring and the nearby monorail station made it easy to get around.
The worst aspects of my xmas stay were the poor maintenance of the rooms and the lack of proper communication. the rooms were old and in need of maintenance, with non-functional air conditioning remotes, faulty irons, and WC covers coming off.
